For one of our clients, we are looking to appoint a highly experienced interim CEO to ensure continuity and stability during a transition period.
Your role:
You lead the organization through a phase of transition, provide clear direction and leadership, create the right conditions for teams to perform at their best, and act as a unifying force across the business.
What we are looking for?
* Proven experience as CEO or in an executive role.
* Affinity with IT services industry.
* Empathetic and empowering people manager.
* Team player with the ability to elevate other's performance.
* Availability as from Mai/June.
* Assignment duration: 6 to 12 months.
* Language skills: Dutch, English (and French).
* HQ Flanders.
