The consultant will act as a key interface between business stakeholders (operations, production, supply chain, finance) and IT teams to ensure structured requirements definition, process harmonization, and successful solution implementation.Scope of the MissionThe Business Analyst will play a central role throughout the entire project lifecycle, from early analysis to post-implementation support.The mission includes:Conducting in-depth analysis of current operational processes (AS-IS), identifying pain points, inefficiencies, operational risks, and improvement opportunitiesLeading process harmonization initiatives across departments or sites within an industrial contextModeling business processes using BPMN 2.0 to ensure clarity, standardization, and alignment between stakeholdersDesigning optimized target processes (TO-BE) aligned with business objectives and system capabilitiesOrganizing and facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, logistics, production, quality, finance, IT)Challenging and structuring business needs to avoid ambiguity and ensure value-driven solutionsTranslating business requirements into detailed functional specifications or user storiesPerforming gap analysis between existing systems and target solutionsEnsuring end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycleSupporting solution design in collaboration with architects and technical teamsPreparing and coordinating testing activities (SIT, UAT), including test strategy, test cases, execution follow-up, and defect managementSupporting change management activities and ensuring business readiness before go-liveProviding post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendationsThe consultant is expected to work autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with project governance and stakeholders.Tools & MethodologiesProcess Modeling: BPMN 2.0 (Signavio, Bizagi, ARIS, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)Requirement Management & Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalentTesting & Defect Tracking ToolsMethodologies: Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, or hybrid frameworksERP Exposure: SAP (ECC / S/4HANA) is a strong assetProfileProven experience as a Business Analyst in industrial or manufacturing environmentsStrong expertise in process analysis and BPMN modelingExperience in complex transformation or ERP implementation programsStrong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience in testing phases (SIT, UAT)Autonomous, structured, analytical, and pragmaticStrong communication skills in multicultural environmentsLanguagesFluent in EnglishProfessional proficiency in French or Dutch is required
