As a Clinical Supply Chain Logistics Integrator, you will provide end-to-end logistics support for clinical compounds, including APIs, drug products, and finished kits. You will coordinate importation, trade compliance, and distribution strategies, ensuring smooth customs processes and effective issue management. Your role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain operations and drive process improvements.
Your missions
* Advise on country importation requirements and coordinate readiness for shipments (API, DP, kits)
* Oversee trade compliance and customs processes (IPPF, HTS codes, product values)
* Develop and coordinate distribution and depot strategies with trial supply managers
* Provide shipping instructions and recommend shipping solutions
* Estimate and manage distribution budgets, request and challenge depot quotes, and coordinate PO processes
* Track and trace shipments, review and approve depot invoices, and proactively manage budget gaps
* Lead logistics issue resolution activities for assigned compounds and support API/DP issue management
* Own trial-independent processes (distribution forecasts, importation requirements database)
* Manage multiple priorities independently, conduct data analyses, and support process improvements
* Foster strong relationships with logistics, supply chain, and cross-functional partners
Your profile
* University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
* 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical distribution or supply chain
* You speak Dutch and English fluently
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with SAP Ariba or IVRS is a plus
* Knowledge of distribution, transportation, logistics, and global import/customs requirements
* Familiarity with ambient/cold/frozen clinical supply distribution and GxP principles
* Experience in Pharma R&D and LEAN methodologies is an advantage
* Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
