PbThe O /bbpportunity /b /p pThe role of Program Manager within the Worldline Group Financial Crime compliance team holds significant importance. It involves the oversight and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at combating financial crimes, ensuring the Worldline’s adherence to regulatory mandates, and safeguarding the institution against illicit activities. This leadership position demands an experienced professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of financial crime risks, and a strong background in program management. /p pbDay-to-Day Responsibilities /b /p ulliStrategic Planning and Execution of the different financial crime compliance change programs /liliDevelop and implement a comprehensive change program effectively. /liliAlign change program objectives with the overall goals and vision of Worldline Group /liliWorking with internal stakeholders, including compliance, risk management, legal, and business units, to ensure a coordinated approach to deliver end-to-end change programmes /liliOverseeing work streams to build business cases, business user requirements and functional specifications /liliLeading the end to end delivery, including development, testing and implementation of IT /liliSetting objectives, reporting progress and carefully managing delivery risks /liliManaging change requests /liliMaking sure the solution is future-proofed to meet our vision /liliOversee the implementation and maintenance of advanced technologies and data analytics tools for financial crime compliance (AML-CFT / Sanctions) /liliCollaborate with the IT department to enhance the security and resilience of systems and databases. /liliProvide regular, detailed reports on program performance and emerging risks. /li /ul pbWho Are We Looking For /b /p pWe look for big thinkers. In practice this means: /p ulliBachelor's degree in finance, business, law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). /liliExtensive experience in program management (5+ years), with a focus on financial crime prevention withing banking, payment sector. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliProven leadership experience in a similar role. /liliHigh level of integrity and ethical conduct. /liliAbility to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong organizational and project management skills. /liliCollaborative and team-oriented approach. /liliContinuous learner with a proactive mindset. /liliFluent/ native level English speaker /liliAn AML certification is a plus /li /ul
