Marketing Communications Epert
Job Summary
We're looking for a Marketing Communications Epert who's eager to take a key role in delivering our commercial communication projects on our Daily Banking products. As part of our Marketing & Communications team, you will play a key role in shaping how our bank is perceived by prospects, clients, partners, and the broader financial community. You will lead initiatives that align with our values of trust, innovation, and customer-centricity, answering ING's commercial objectives.
Communication inspires you, and you have a proven track record in setting up 360° campaigns, as well as in production follow up of deliverables. You combine this epertise with a real focus on client needs. You have a creative eye, you maintain quality, and work closely with your stakeholders and management ensuring that projects run efficiently: on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and deliver global communication concepts tailored to the Belgian banking market, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory standards.
Design and e- ecute integrated campaigns across multiple channels with high focus on acquisition.
* Create high-impact campaign deliverables fit for each channel and commercial communications.
* Lead internal review processes and ensure campaigns meet all compliance standards.
Ensure collaboration with your internal stakeholders outside our Centre of E- pertise.
Manage relationships with e- ternal agencies, media partners, and creative vendors.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholders' e- pectations with accountability.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of eperience in marketing and communications, preferably in the financial services, FMCG, Telco or gaming sector, or similar e- perience in a creative or communications agency.
* Fluent Dutch or French, and English.
E- perience in managing ATL campaigns.
Strong understanding of the Belgian banking landscape and customer e- pectations.
E- perience working in cross-functional, international teams.
* Skilled in budget management and measuring communication effectiveness.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
