MissionYou will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives within set timelines and budgets. Your role will involve overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that necessary technical specifications, designs, and documentation are developed and implemented. Additionally, you will provide technical support, resolve technical issues, and facilitate effective communication among all parties involved. This position requires a proactive approach and hands-on mentality to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Your responsibilitiesFollow capital projects using CPMP methodology with a focus on civil constructionsOversee construction of buildings, including civil structures and interior finishesWrite specifications, compare bills of quantities, and select contractor firmsDevelop and manage project plans, including objectives, milestones, tasks, and resourcesMonitor project progress and identify and resolve technical issues promptly
What skills do you bring to the table?Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a project engineer in the construction industryTechnical knowledge of civil constructions and applications is essentialAbility to interpret and verify construction plans in a site environmentStrong organizational and planning skills in a construction settingProficiency in Dutch and English languages for effective communication
