IT Procurement and Asset Management AgentFreelance OpportunityContract Duration: 1 year (renewable)Location: BrusselsIn this role, you’ll manage the full procurement cycle, from requesting quotes to processing invoices, while keeping accurate records of all IT assets. You’ll work closely with suppliers, internal IT teams, and finance to ensure everything is ordered, tracked, delivered, and accounted for on time.You’ll also oversee company mobile and fixed telephony subscriptions, ensuring cost‑effective usage and proper allocation.Responsibilities:Manage the complete procurement cycle for IT hardware, software, and external resources — including quotations, orders, invoices, payments, and contract or timesheet follow‑up — to ensure accurate financial tracking and timely delivery.Ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets by maintaining inventories, managing hardware and software lifecycles, handling stock levels, and overseeing license usage and optimization.Manage all mobile and fixed telephony subscriptions by monitoring usage, costs, and allocations, coordinating with providers, and identifying optimization opportunities to reduce overall telecom expenses.Use SAP, Coupa, Omnitracker, Microsoft Office and Teams on a daily basis to manage procurement workflows, asset lifecycle tracking, documentation, and communication across IT and supplier stakeholders. Requirements:Solid understanding of procurement processes (quotations, POs, GR, invoicing, cost centres, vendor management).Knowledge of CMDB principles and ITIL best practices for asset and service management.Analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or equivalent).
