About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled WPF Specialist with deep expertise in XAML and .NET to join our team in Brussels. This is not your average developer role - we need a go-to expert, the person others call when they're stuck. You'll be tackling complex UI challenges, optimizing WPF performance, and helping guide the team through technical roadblocks.
WPF Specialist - The role
1. Serve as the in-house WPF/XAML expert, supporting developers and resolving complex technical issues.
2. Design, implement, and optimize advanced user interfaces in WPF.
3. Collaborate with backend developers and Architect to ensure smooth integration with .NET systems.
4. Review and refactor existing éXAML code for maintainability and performance.
5. Help shape best practices and development standards for WPF across the team.
WPF Specialist - Your profile
6. Expertise in WPF and deep knowledge of XAML.
7. Strong background in .NET (C#).
8. Ability to debug and optimize complex WPF applications.
9. Familiarity with MVVM architecture and related patterns.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support others under pressure.
11. Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.

13. Experience with UI performance tuning in WPF.
14. Exposure to legacy WPF migration or modernization projects.
