ContextYou will join a small, hands-on IT team in Antwerp and act as a key interface between the local organization and the Puig Group.

RoleReporting to: Enterprise Applications Leader (Puig Group)As IT Business Application Manager, you are responsible for the management, evolution, and performance of key business applications, with a focus on ERP and PLM systems. You ensure that business needs are translated into scalable IT solutions, aligned with the global technology landscape.
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication OwnershipManage and optimize the application landscape (including ERP and PLM)Ensure performance, scalability, and consistency
Business PartneringAct as a key partner for business stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into IT solutionsCoordinate with local and group-level stakeholders
Projects and TransformationContribute to ERP implementation and system rolloutsSupport business analysis and solution designCoordinate enhancements and integrations
Support and OperationsAct as L2 point of contact for application-related issuesOversee external partners and ensure service qualityMaintain system documentation
Vendor Management and GovernanceManage relationships with vendors and service providersSupport budgeting and governance processes
ProfileMaster's degree or equivalent through experienceExperience with application management and/or ERP environmentsBackground in IT Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or IT Project environmentsUnderstanding of integrations (EDI is a plus)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindsetFluent in English (Dutch is not required)
Experience with PLM (Centric) or ERP systems such as Cegid ORLI is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
