As a Junior Brand Manager, you will join our affiliate of an international fast growing pharmaceutical company with increasing reputation & expertise in biologicals by developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.1. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport tailored and successful local brand strategy, brand messages and tactical plansLocated in Belgium and overlooking Be-Ne-Lux (80% time Be-Lux and 20% time Netherlands) with travel (2-3 days per month) to the Netherlands. Lead implementation of brand plan together with office and field colleagues to ensure the Brand Plan delivers essential growth and success.Build and maintain a good contact with external customers and opinion leaders Responsible for budget management of assigned brand-related projectsMaximize the full use of all commercial/medical channels (print/digital) by developing brand materials and activities through cross-functional collaboration.Understand customer and market insights into all brand activities.Be the products, competitors and market expert of assigned brands.Support internal and external colleagues with the internal processes.Liaise very closely with Marketing & Sales Manager in both Belgium and Netherlands and sales team to receive market and customer feedback, embed campaigns, and provide brand vision and leadership.Work in cross functional team.Participate in the training & development for field force.3. QUALIFICATION & SKILLSMaster’s degree in science, marketing or related field is preferred.Successful (omnichannel) marketing experience in a pharmaceutical companyUnderstanding pharmaceutical industry in Be-Ne-LuxMarketing and brand planningExcellent command of both spoken and written French, Dutch and English.Able to work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary and multi-lingual teams.Able to lead an operational task from the idea to the final implementationLaunch experienceExpertise in the field of biosimilars or gastro enterology is a plusExperience of budget and project management is a plusExperience in sales or customer facing role is a plusPersonality: Ethics, values and integrity, collaboration and communication, problem solving, customer oriented, can do mentality, organizational agility, timely decision making, dealing with ambiguity
