To strengthen and expand our network of partners and existing customers across Europe, we are looking for a structured, communicative and customer-focused Partner Account Manager, based at our office in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw or working from home.

Your responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and customers in Europe.
* Promote CCS’s innovative machine vision lighting solutions to both end customers and potential channel partners.
* Understand and articulate how CCS solutions can enhance customer business outcomes
* Organize and lead impactful meetings with partners, with clear goals and follow-up.
* Ensure partners are fully trained in CCS products and solutions.
* Provide support for multi-national, and key accounts in collaboration with channel partners and CCS’s sales organization.
* Offer feedback to align CCS’s market engagement and direction with market requirements.
* Manage incoming requests, provide expert advice, and follow up on quotations.
* Work closely with our internal technical team and sales support on quotations and solution design.
* Effectively communicate the value of our offering.
* This role does not involve people management, you manage your own client portfolio.
* Report all activities and pipeline progress accurately in Salesforce CRM.
Your profile
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial technology or automation.
* Willing to travel throughout Europe as a core part of your role.
* Preferably native Dutch/French/German speaker but with excellent command of English (spoken and written).
* Experience with machine vision is a plus, but not required – full training is provided.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field (mechatronics, electromechanics, industrial automation, etc.).
* Strong communicator, able to adapt across different levels (technical, operational, executive).
* Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, organized and commercially driven.
* Proficient in MS Office 365 and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
