You will be responsible for recommender systems and search algorithms, deploying and scaling machine learning models, and building core infrastructure that supports real-time, data-driven job connections. You will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure models are efficient, cost-effective, and properly optimized. You will also work with modern ML pipelines to maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and backend engineers in an Agile environment.
* Deploy and scale ML models, particularly large language models (LLMs).
* Build and maintain scalable pipelines and services to support real-time ML applications.
* Maintain and improve recommender systems.
* Build and work with modern API and microservices architectures.
* Strong foundation in Python.
* Experience with machine learning, familiar with Huggingface, PyTorch, and similar ML tools.
* Familiarity with deploying and scaling ML models in the cloud, particularly with AWS and SageMaker.
* Understanding of DevOps processes and tools: CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and monitoring/observability.
* Bonus: experience with vector databases, semantic search, or event-driven systems like Kafka.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Python and modern ML tooling (Huggingface, PyTorch).
* Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS/SageMaker).
* Familiarity with DevOps concepts (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code).
* Strong collaboration and communication skills in an Agile setting.
