We are currently recruiting a Buyer to join one of our pharmaceutical partners in Charleroi area, in Belgium. This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of the Supply Chain, offering the opportunity to contribute to daily procurement activities within a GMP-regulated industrial environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of supplier purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system, from encoding to receipt confirmation
* Monitor delivery timelines, follow up with suppliers on confirmations and delays, and escalate proactively when needed
* Encode and track customer forecasts and orders, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting of discrepancies
* Maintain and update Master Data in the ERP (suppliers, customers, articles, products), performing consistency checks and contributing to data quality initiatives
* Prepare Excel-based tracking files, KPIs, and reporting for Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Operations teams
* Support continuous improvement efforts across purchasing and supply chain processes.
Your Profile
* You hold a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent
* You bring 3 years experience in an administrative, logistics, supply, or purchasing support role
* You are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics / AX or equivalent)
* You bring solid understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes
* You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and highly reliable in managing recurring operational tasks
* You work as a team player with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
* Professional English (read, written, spoken) — French is mandatory.
