We are looking for a Field Operations Service Manager to manage the Benelux Field Service team to consistently and successfully deliver field services on time and within budget. To mentor, guide, monitor and develop the team in a way that promotes Dematic values and behaviours whilst supporting the requirements and activities of our customers delivering in full, on time, every time.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

4. Management of Field Service teams
5. Ensuring an effective in- and external collaboration platform and communication network (periodic team meetings, toolbox, …)
6. Coordinate the efforts of the on-call services to our clients (contact center, PLC Hotline and Sofware support)
7. Coordinate escalations to 2nd and 3rd line support (MU, Mobile Automation, …)
8. Coordinate work of subcontractors
9. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities at customer sites
10. Customer satisfaction and NPS of the customer group
11. Define and follow Field operations service KI´s & KPI´s
12. Field Operations Revenues and Gross Profit as sold
13. Cost center control (cost allocation vs budget and coverage)
14. Change management, continuous improvement and employee engagement
15. Maintain compliance to key CE Directives and standards ensuring all changes are channeled through the correct business department(s)
16. Security, quality of service, ensuring adherence to Dematic Health and Safety policies

Skills and experience

17. Strong experience in Service Management and managing field service teams (incl. talent management, annual reviews, coaching, succession planning)
18. Knowledge about warehouse automation /material handling solutions and related customer challenges
19. Technical background and understanding of Electromechanical installations, PLC and hardware controls is a pre
20. Experience working with the business to deliver quality insights via dashboards and reporting
21. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills and knowledge of software tools (MS PowerPoint, MS Visio; Power BI, MS Office)
22. Knowledge of relevant industry standards i.e. EN258.
23. Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and French
