Strategic Client Management
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives (CEO,CFO, Directors,..) Project Management
Collaborate with internal Delivery & Services teams to ensure timely, on- budget project execution aligned with client expectations.
Coordinate with technical and clients teams to ensure project coherence, planning, accuracy, and proactive risk mitigation
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, upsell services, and support strategic client negotiations
Participate in contract renewals and client discussions with a focus on long-term value creation
Bachelor/Master studies in a related area (Commercial Engineer, Economics, Communication, ...)
At least 3 years of experience in managing key accounts, complex projects, and working with decision-makers at senior levels, preferably in ERP/SaaS environments
Experience within the ERP sector such as ODOO, SAP or another ERP player
Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to lead or support technical and functional discussions with customers
Fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
