Smart’s IT Department is organised into three complementary divisions:

To strengthen our Product Division — a close-knit team of eight dedicated colleagues — we are seeking a Product Owner specialising in third-party application integration.
As the Product Owner for Third-Party Integration, you will be responsible for managing and developing the third-party application solutions that compose our ecosystem (e.g. Sage, ForHRM, Cobea).
You’ll work closely with our external partners, technical teams, and internal business stakeholders to ensure stable, scalable solutions that genuinely meet our needs. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining operational continuity and driving ongoing improvement across our application portfolio.
Job Description
Application Vendor Relations
* Act as the main contact for software publishers and service providers (e.g., Sage, ForHRM, Cobea, etc.).
* Follow up on contracts, SLAs, and incidents to ensure clear and prompt reporting.
* Organise steering committees and conduct regular progress meetings.
* Coordinate and oversee functional change requests according to business needs.
* Participate in functional scoping exercises and contribute to shaping application roadmaps.
Backlog Management and Technical Coordination
* Prioritise, refine, and plan corrective and evolutionary maintenance requests.
* Engage actively in agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, etc.).
* Coordinate work among the development teams (front-end, back-end, data, and DevOps).
Liaising with Internal Stakeholders
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritise requirements.
* Collaborate closely with the product team’s Project Managers, Business Analysts, and UX Designers.
Profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Civil Engineering.
At least five years’ experience in third-party application management (e.g., ERP, HRIS).
Proficient in:
* Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Supplier management and contract/SLA follow-up
* Ticketing tools — ideally Jira
In addition, you demonstrate:
* Strong analytical skills when working with complex systems
* Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders
* Assertiveness and a talent for persuasion
* Autonomy, rigour, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Fluency in French (spoken and written), with a good command of English
