The role of this position involves leading the management of recruitment processes and coordinating with stakeholders across a distributed talent acquisition environment.
* Process Management: Ensure consistency, compliance, and a seamless experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Stakeholder Partnership: Guide hiring managers through recruitment best practices, interview design, and selection strategies.
* Candidate Experience: Maintain a high-quality, consistent candidate journey through structured communication, timely feedback loops, and a strong focus on employer brand touchpoints.
* Workflow Coordination: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure smooth handoffs and timely progress for each role.
* Reporting & Analysis: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular updates and insights to global stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who excels in driving consistency, optimizing processes, and delivering a smooth and inclusive candidate experience. The successful candidate will have:
* 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, process coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience supporting or partnering with in-country HR teams across multiple geographies.
* Proven ability to work across time zones and cultures.
* Strong project and relationship management skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
