Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Own and nurture long-term client relationships.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
* Regular cadences with client: Organise and spearhead weekly, fortnightly or monthly relationship meetings and QBR’s
* Sales Growth: Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Identify new business within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth targets with ability to achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets.
* Strategic Planning: Understand client business strategies and proactively propose IT solutions to address pain points and objectives.
* Project Coordination: Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
* Contract Management: Oversee renewals, negotiations, SLAs, and compliance.
* Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on account status and growth.
* Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
* 4–8 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within IT, SaaS, or technology services
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's a plus)
* Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts in Europe
* Strong knowledge of IT services such as cloud, infrastructure, software development, or managed services
* Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment by turning challenges into streamlined, efficient processes
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Fluent in English; additional European languages like Dutch, German will be plus
* Willingness to travel within Europe (30%)
* Prior experience working in a multicultural, cross-border team
Nice to Have:
* Experience with public sector or regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare)
* Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, Agile, or DevOps
