As a System Engineer in the IT-OPS team, you will focus on operational IT infrastructure and user support across the organization. You will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of IT systems that support employees, including user access, device management, Office 365, and network infrastructure in office locations. Your work ensures stable, secure, and user-friendly IT operations across teams and departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage user and group accounts, permissions, and lifecycle in line with security and compliance policies
* Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of devices and users (e.g., laptops, mobile devices)
* Maintain and improve internal IT tooling (in collaboration with the Tooling team)
* Administer and support Office 365 applications, ensuring accessibility and performance
* Track and manage IT assets (hardware and software)
* Provide technical support to employees and collaborate with the global IT team

You have a passion for innovation and technology in the automotive software industry, and feel comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
What else is expected:
* Experience with IT support, device management (Intune, Lansweeper), and user administration
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* You have just finished studies in Systems and/or have a first experience in internal IT support
