The role of Reliability Engineer is a critical position in our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems and equipment.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in electromechanics to lead our Maintenance Department.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and managing operational maintenance, providing clear status updates, and implementing innovative solutions to improve reliability.
* Provide leadership and guidance to your team members to ensure high-performance results.
* Manage the mechanical workshop, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of technicians.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
* Ensuring the quality and conformity of maintenance operations.
* Managing common tools and resources.
* Providing support for engineering projects.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure effective resource allocation and coordination. Additionally, you will:
* Ensure safe operations on site.
* Implement housekeeping and cleanliness practices in the workshop and technical areas.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry and 5 years in electromechanical fields.
* Strong knowledge of CMMS tools and ability to use them effectively.
* Familiarity with GMPs and ability to apply them in your work.
* Fluency in English and French languages.
