The Role: Business & Client Developer (50/50)

Brussels / Ghent /Antwerp Hybrid

Full-time or B2B

English + Dutch and/or French

This is a hybrid commercial role where you'll own both:

  • New business (50%) → opening doors, winning new clients, building our presence
  • Client development (50%) → growing strategic accounts into long-term partnerships

  • Driving our expansion into new clients and industries
  • Strengthening relationships with some of Belgium's top organizations
  • Positioning Ework as a trusted partner in talent solutions in several sectors technology, engineering and beyond.

You won't inherit a fixed playbook — you'll help create it.

What You'll Do

Win New Business (50%)

  • Identify and open doors with mid-to-large enterprises
  • Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking & partnerships
  • Own the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
  • Position Ework's freelance & total talent solutions at senior level
  • Turn opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships
  • Act as an ambassador for Ework in the Belgian market

Grow & Develop Clients (50%)

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers & decision-makers
  • Drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Own commercial performance (P&L)
  • Lead negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Who You Are

You're not just a salesperson — you're a builder and a partner.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, new business or account management
  • Strong track record in staffing solutions
  • Skilled in engaging senior stakeholders
  • Structured, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with ownership, autonomy, and accountability
  • A natural relationship builder with a hunter + farmer mindset
  • Fluent in English + French and Dutch as a plus
