Digital Change & Adoption Coach – Digital Workplace (IT / Infrastructure)
Location: Braine l'Alleud
Engagement Status: Freelance position until end of 2026 (possible extension)
Overview
We are partneded with a large pharmacetitucal ogrnaisation to support hiring a Digital Change & Adoption Coach. You will support the adoption of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, AvePoint). This is a hands‑on change management role focused on IT‑driven initiatives such as Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, and IT Security, working closely with IT, business, L&D, and Communications teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end change management activities (Prosci / ADKAR)
* Conduct stakeholder interviews and impact analyses
* Design and execute change and adoption plans
* Facilitate workshops, trainings, webinars, and user coaching
* Create adoption materials (guides, FAQs, presentations, videos)
* Challenge technical teams from a user and adoption perspective
* Track adoption and adjust plans based on feedback
Requirements
* 3–8 years of experience in Change Management
* Strong autonomy and ownership mindset
* Proven stakeholder engagement and resistance management experience
* Comfortable working in IT / digital environments
* Fluent English (French is a strong asset)
* Nice to have: AI adoption experience, basic video editing, international/matrix environment exposure, openness to occasional travel.
