Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Officer to manage and oversee all quality-related topics. The role involves implementing and monitoring the project quality management system, reviewing contractor documentation, and supporting audits and quality control activities.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the point of contact for quality assurance within the package scope.
* Implement and monitor project quality management systems and performance.
* Review and challenge quality documentation from contractors and subcontractors.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Support quality control during delivery and follow up on non-conformities and risks.
* Promote adherence to project quality processes and procedures.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in quality management.
* Background in offshore, EPCI, maritime projects or major civil works is a plus.
* Technical bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience).
* Strong organisational, documentation, and data skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured approach.
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
