As a Consolidation & Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for an international group. Working closely with the Senior Consolidation Specialist, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality consolidated results under IFRS standards while driving improvements in processes and tools.Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly consolidated financial statements aligned with IFRS and internal guidelines.Analyzing and interpreting financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Collaborating effectively within a team of 3 to achieve shared goals.Identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices.Handling complex topics such as acquisitions, divestments, goodwill/badwill, and equity reconciliations.Supporting Business Intelligence and Performance Management teams with insights and ad-hoc reports.Becoming a subject matter expert on consolidation topics and representing them in technical discussions.To excel in this role, you bring:A bachelor's degree (or higher) in economics or finance.At least 3 years of experience as an Auditor or Financial Controller, with solid knowledge of IFRS.The ability to simplify complex financial information and communicate it effectively.A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders.Fluency in English; additional languages like Dutch, French, or Spanish are a plus.What's on Offer?This position offers more than just a job-it's an opportunity to grow within an ambitious international organization that values quality and teamwork.
