Key Responsibilities :
* Support the Finance Manager in performance monitoring, cost control, and reporting.
* Contribute to the improvement and automation of financial processes and tools.
* Coordinate testing, training, and documentation for new Salesforce features, with the support of the Finance team.
* Stay up to date with digital trends and promote the adoption of new technologies, including AI, within the department.
* Act as the main representative for the Finance department in all discussions related to the maintenance and development of our Salesforce tool.
* Gather and translate Finance team needs, challenge proposed solutions, and ensure alignment with accounting and controlling requirements.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
* Several years’ experience in accounting or controlling.
* Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial processes.
* Interest in digital tools and transformation projects (experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus).
* Team player, proactive, and eager to step out of the routine.
