Analytics Lead

Your Scope
The Analytics Lead is a key member of the Data & Analytics team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the analytics function. This role ensures the delivery of actionable insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. By fostering collaboration and alignment with business stakeholders, the Analytics Lead plays a vital role in maximizing the value of Ardo’s data assets.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Alignment and Requirements Gathering:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders to understand and gather reporting user requirements.
2. Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for the analytics team.
3. Ensure that analytics outputs align with organizational goals and business priorities.
4. Prioritize the incoming requests and put in timelines .
Team Coordination and Leadership:
5. Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of internal and external BI Analysts & Data Engineers to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
6. Allocate tasks and manage workload distribution to meet deadlines and ensure efficient project execution.
7. Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, business stakeholders and other IT functions.
Report Delivery and Adoption:
8. Oversee the development and delivery of timely, accurate, and actionable reports and dashboards.
9. Monitor the adoption of reports across the organization, identifying barriers and working to increase usage.
10. Collect feedback from end-users to continuously improve the relevance and usability of reports.
Self-Service Analytics Enablement:
11. Promote and expand the use of self-service reporting tools, empowering business users to access and analyze data independently.
12. Set-up and maintain self-service reporting governance.
13. Develop and implement training programs and best practices to support self-service adoption.
14. Provide guidance on building a data-driven culture by encouraging the use of analytics in day-to-day operations.
Strategic Alignment:
15. Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics Manager to ensure that analytics initiatives are aligned with the vision and strategic objectives of the department and the broader organization.
16. Identify opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities and propose innovative solutions to address emerging business needs.
Analytics & Data Analysis:
17. Provide the right data analysis and insights to support data-driven decision making on Strategic Ardo projects
18. Push the maturity of the data & analytics teams by exploring the use of statistical or machine learning techniques that bring value to the business.
Your profile
Technical Skills:
19. Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, preferable PowerBI (and SAC)
20. Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL.
21. Understanding of data modeling concepts and their application in reporting.
22. Familiarity with data platforms and ecosystems, preferably Azure.
23. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques is a plus.
Leadership and Collaboration:
24. Proven experience in leading or coordinating analytics teams.
25. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
26. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration and build relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

27. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
28. Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in analytics delivery and adoption.
Communication Skills:
29. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
30. Strong presentation skills to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
