Position: AV Warehouse Technician
Location: Ghent, Belgium
Well-established AV event production company, specializing in creating unforgettable experiences through cutting-edge audio, video, and lighting technologies. Our work spans across live events, corporate conferences, festivals, and more, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented AV Warehouse Technician to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain the storage of AV equipment, ensuring it is easily accessible and in optimal condition.
* Equipment Inspection: Conduct thorough checks on all AV equipment (sound systems, projectors, lighting rigs, etc.) to ensure it is fully functional and ready for deployment.
* Preparation & Assembly: Prepare and assemble AV equipment for upcoming events, ensuring all items are packed securely and ready for transport.
* Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking all equipment usage and stock levels.
* Logistics Support: Assist with loading and unloading of equipment for events and deliver technical support during setup and teardown.
* Maintenance & Repair: Perform basic maintenance and repairs on AV equipment as required to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in AV event production or warehouse operations is an advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AV equipment (audio, video, lighting, etc.) and basic troubleshooting skills.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to work meticulously with AV gear and ensure equipment is stored and prepared correctly.
* Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
* Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment as needed.
* Location: Must be based in or around Ghent, Belgium.
