Your MissionAs an Industrial Automation Engineer, you will ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of automated production systems within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Your role contributes directly to operational continuity and smart‐manufacturing initiatives.
Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure Operational ContinuityDiagnose and resolve automation issues (PLC, drives, SCADA, HMI) to minimize downtimeProvide technical support to production and maintenance teams, including on‐call participation when required.Drive Automation ProjectsLead automation improvements, upgrades, and new system implementationsWrite and review technical specifications and support validation activities (I/O testing, FAT/SAT)Contribute to investment planning and ensure alignment with site automation strategy.Optimize & InnovateContinuously assess system performance and propose improvement actionsDeploy new technologies such as vision systems, modern PLC platforms, HMI upgrades, AI‐based tools, or SCADA enhancementsMaintain and update PLC, SCADA, and vision systems.Collaborate & SupportAct as a technical advisor for cross‐functional teamsTrain internal users and maintain up‐to‐date documentationManage relationships with suppliers and external partners.Ensure ComplianceApply GMP, validation standards, and Change Control processesParticipate in audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory expectations.
Your ProfileYou hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, or Industrial ComputingYou have a minimum of 5 years experience in automation in an industrial/manufacturing settingYou have a strong knowledge of Siemens S7 and/or Allen‐Bradley systemsAnd a solid understanding of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulicsYou are fluent in French, with a good command of EnglishAnalytical, autonomous, flexible, and proactive, you are a person with strong communication skills.
