Mission :
As an HR Specialist, you play a key role within our HR team. You ensure smooth HR administration, manage the recruitment process from A to Z, and actively contribute to various HR projects. Thanks to your dedication and expertise, you help create a positive employee experience and an efficient HR operation
Tasks :
1. Manage operational HR processes such as onboarding, contract administration, leave management, and personnel files.
2. Coordinate the entire recruitment process: from job posting to hiring.
3. Support HR projects such as digitalization, well-being & I&D initiatives, and employer branding.
4. Advise employees and managers on HR-related questions and procedures.
5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as recruitment agencies and interim offices.
6. Provide support to the Country HR Manager in the area of Learning & Development
Profile :
7. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8. Experience: 5-10 Y
9. ICT: MS Office, social media, ATS, …
10. Languages: Dutch, French, English - very good knowledge both verbal and written
11. Strong knowledge of social legislation and the various recruitment channels
12. Broad knowledge on HR processes and tools.
13. Knowledge of recruitment activities
14. Knowledge on L&D
15. Function as strong communicator to maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
16. Demonstrate stress resistance and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
17. Adopt service-oriented approach to meet the needs of employees and stakeholders.
