Overview Regional Manager - Belgium
The goal of this position is to act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, retail partners and our points of sale. This role manages and develops a portfolio of points of sale to ensure operational excellence throughout the network. Reporting to the Head of Regional Management, you will be targeted on driving like-for-like sales performance and building strong relationships with franchise partners and retail stores. You will use internal tools and resources with strong business acumen to analyse stats, identify weak areas, and spot opportunities for growth and improvement within your region.

Travel 80% of time will be in the field supporting points of sale. Travel by car, train and plane may be required at any time. Depending on the region, you may stay one or two nights away from home each week.
What You Do Guarantee performance delivery of individual points of sale in your region
Coach and support franchise partners to operate in the most cost-efficient way and deliver maximum profitability
Implement company policy, quality standards, group marketing initiatives, and regulatory and legal procedures in the region
Ensure information is clearly communicated between KellyDeli head office and sales outlets, translating objectives and plans (commercial / marketing / quality)
Ensure customer satisfaction is central to POS actions
Be the key contact for the retailer at local and regional levels
Responsible for renewals of existing contracts with retailers
Be a source of information on new retail concepts and developments in the retail sector and on competitors
Be a brand ambassador for KellyDeli, representing the business
Driving Performance Drive sales revenues by detailed management of all kiosk KPIs including:
L4L performance metrics – total revenue
Range / variety analysis and product mix optimization
Waste management to maximize product availability
Track TOP 20 best sellers availability
Production plan usage and product plan compliance
Average transaction value
Marketing campaign participation results >90%
Check product quality (visual and weight)
Ensure recipes are followed (weight) to control COGS
Maintain hygiene standards during visits
Establish proactive sales activities in all kiosks within the region, such as two tastings per day, plus high levels of customer interaction, and create sales training programs for partners
Organize internal sales competitions to increase partner engagement and measure sales activities
Ensure all Franchise partners have completed sales, customer experience, and tasting training on the e-learning platform
Retail Relationship Management Provide general business updates with retail partner management to define overall performance (sales, marketing, quality, NPD, company initiatives, kiosk action plans, retailer issues)
Conduct one or two retailer business reviews per year per retailer and create a follow-up action plan
Be the Sushi Daily brand representative at local level with the retailer
Communicate important updates, performance successes, and marketing plans
Work closely with retailers to ensure and protect brand consistency at all levels
Franchise Partner Relationship Management Visit each franchise partner once a month
Record visits in GEMBA
Gains trust of franchisees and support job satisfaction
Coach partners on how to optimize their business and create action plans to improve performance
Ensure compliance with the global contract at the local level
Introduce new partners to retail management to ensure a strong start
Complete thorough sign-off for new Franchise Partners to ensure readiness for success
Ensure store regulations training has been completed successfully
Develop clear documentation on processes and kiosk operations for smooth takeover by new partners
Collaborate with KellyDeli to implement actions from Partner Survey Action Plans and CEO Partner Listening sessions
Conduct one or two business reviews with franchise partners and create follow-up action plans
