**Job Description: Field Account Representative**
* Sell company products and services to assigned customers in your sales territory.
* Develop and secure new businesses to expand the customer base and increase potential sales.
* Consult with customers to find the best solution in our portfolio.
* Collaborate with purchasing and engineering departments on projects and designs.
* Develop strong relationships with suppliers to support end-customers' technical and commercial needs.
* Maintain market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends, and new concepts.
* Collaborate closely with internal resources.
About You:
* You have several years of sales experience with a solid understanding of the electronic component industry.
* You hold completed professional technical and/or commercial education.
* You possess strong analytical and sales methodology skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
* You excel as a team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* You have exceptional knowledge of company products, services, and value proposition, with a willingness to acquire new knowledge on future focus product areas.
* You are proficient in English, Dutch, and French languages, and you have good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* You are willing to travel locally and have a valid driver's license.
