Project Launch Engineer

Your Mission:
* Responsible for project management and overarching end-to-end validation activities to launch new mRNA products at the site.
* This is part of a new RNA platform offering numerous innovative opportunities.
* The objective is to launch products in an agile way, working in collaboration with a team of project engineers and technicians.
* Collaborate closely with internal and external departments such as Engineering, Production, R&D, Device Center of Excellence, Packaging, QA, Procurement, Supply, and Quality Projects.
* Reporting occurs across various meetings to provide oversight and track project follow-up through coordination teams.
* Plan, maintain oversight, and set priorities in an agile environment.
* Motivate and support the committed project engineers to meet deadlines.
* Report progress, escalate risks, identify issues, and propose improvements.
Profile:
* Master's degree: Bio-engineering, Industrial Pharmacy, Civil or Industrial Engineering, or PhD in a scientific field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of sterile drug design and production processes, with a strong affinity for end-to-end validation and project execution “right first time”.
* Broad validation expertise.
* Team player with the ability to support fellow project engineers.
* Strong communication skills, with persuasive abilities and a collaborative mindset.
* Analytical skills and a critical mindset.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Validation and process optimization expertise is a strong asset.
* Project management knowledge.
* Familiar with root cause investigation methodologies in the context of troubleshooting.
