People
* Lead and develop your team: Manage daily sales activities, ensure proper staffing, and provide coaching, feedback, and training to help colleagues meet and exceed revenue goals. Address HR-related actions as needed.

Guest Experience
* Enhance guest satisfaction: Provide information on loyalty programs, local attractions, and hotel facilities.
* Coordinate events: Schedule conventions and group activities, ensuring seamless service delivery with other departments.
* Communicate special needs: Inform relevant departments about VIPs, large groups, and key guests.
* Upsell services: Lead marketing efforts to promote hotel amenities and offerings.
Responsible Business
* Increase hotel visibility: Work with community groups, advertising agencies, and media to raise the hotel's profile and brand reputation.
* Promote sustainability: Highlight the hotel's "green" aspects to gain new business.
* Continuous improvement: Identify and implement improvements in marketing activities and overall sales performance.
