Your Role
As an intern, you will learn to execute the following tasks:
* Set-up of survey work at project start-up: installation of equipment (sounding equipment, tide gauges, positioning system equipment, etc.);
* Determining the most suitable sounding method;
* Carrying out the measurements;
* Calculating the dredging quantities carried out;
* Drawing up maps using specific software;
* Maintenance and calibration of the various high-tech systems;
* Point of contact for positioning systems on board the vessels;
* Reporting on activities to line management;
* Monitoring the work of local Surveyors;
* Keeping Survey records up to date.
