As a Data Scientist, your mission would include:
* Leading the technical aspects of data science projects, from conception to deployment.
* Designing and implementing scalable data science solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructures.
* Developing and optimizing machine learning models to drive actionable insights and automation.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
* Taking ownership of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables in an agile environment.
* Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists.
* Engaging in proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and scaling them into production-ready solutions.
* Working in cloud-based environments and following MLOps best practices.
* Communicating insights and technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
You’re a step closer to joining our team if you bring:
Background:
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
* 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-driven projects.
* Experience in client-facing role, consulting companies are considered as a plus.
* Experience in diverse industries and solutions, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills is considered as a plus.
Technical Skills:
* Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
* Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
* Hands-on experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure is a plus).
* Experience deploying ML models and following MLOps best practices.
* Understanding of data engineering principles to support scalable AI solutions.
* Ability to design and implement proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and scale them into production.
