his is new created position as a result of their sustained growth.
Job description
* You coordinate the operations of the Print Preparation and supervise a semi-autonomous team of 15 FTE's.
* You organize and optimize working methods, and are responsible for the development, guidance, and communication of the workflow.
* You implement automation where necessary.
* You are familiar with tools such as InDesign, XMPie, WordPress, Apogee, and CTP.
* You oversee the system management of all Print installations, in collaboration with the administrator of our ERP system.
* You work closely with the Team Leaders of Printing and PostPrinting.
* You report to the Production Manager.
Required experience
* You hold a degree in a the area of Graphics, Printmedia, IT, Hardware…
* Team coordination or Project management experience
* Technical and IT innovations within the area of Graphics and Printing spark your curiosity.
* You are methodical, structured, and customer-oriented.
* Team spirit is very important to you.
* You communicate fluently in both Dutch
and
French.
