As a Team Lead, you will make an impact by leading a high‑performing team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery by motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets.
In This Role, You Will
Team Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members. Foster a culture of high engagement, collaboration, and accountability, and proactively address performance behaviors by implementing improvement plans to drive success.
Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. Inspire the team to think creatively and adopt innovative sales approaches, identifying opportunities to scale sales programs and maximize impact.
Operational Excellence: Manage day‑to‑day team operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics. Monitor key metrics (Engagement Score, Adoption, Pitch Rate, etc.) and drive improvements through data‑driven decisions. Streamline processes to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
Strategic Insights and Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights. Deliver clear, concise, and meaningful reports to stakeholders, focusing on solutions, with actionable recommendations and a compelling narrative.
Client and Cross‑functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between the team, clients, and internal stakeholders. Work with cross‑functional teams to align on business goals and implement best practices, leading the team in building strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and retention.
Work Model
For onsite roles: This is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo – SP. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we support a healthy work‑life balance through our wellbeing programs. Working arrangements are accurate as of the date of posting; they may change based on the project, business, and client requirements.

* Language Fluency: Advanced English and full professional fluency in Portuguese.
