* Provide strategic support to the Director General and contribute to informed decision-making.
* Work closely with the President of the Board and members of the governance bodies.
* Coordinate and ensure follow-up of governance meetings (Board of Directors, General Assembly, Executive Committee).
* Manage and monitor specific files and strategic projects in collaboration with the Director General.
* Develop, coordinate, and evaluate projects aligned with organizational priorities.
* Propose improvements, tools, and new initiatives to support the organization's development.
* Act as a key interface between the Director General and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
* Ensure clear communication and effective information flow across departments.
* Prepare and review documents, minutes, and communications on behalf of the Director General.
* Lead and support a small administrative team, including defining priorities, coaching team members, and overseeing meeting and event logistics.
* You have at least 5 years of experience in executive assistance within a large organization and in a complex environment;
* You hold a university degree or a master's degree, ideally in the legal field;
* You are familiar with the language and principles of governance (minutes, specific terminology, etc.);
* You have initial managerial experience;
* You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and Dutch; knowledge of English is an asset;
* You have an excellent command of common IT tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, and are familiar with modern communication and management tools;
* You are versatile, proactive, able to take initiative, and solution-oriented;
* You demonstrate discretion and have a strong sense of confidentiality;
* You are well organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines; you can plan your activities, set priorities efficiently, and identify the actions needed to achieve short- and long-term objectives;
* You have excellent interpersonal skills;
* You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and creativity. You are comfortable working in stressful situations;
* You integrate easily into a team;
* You hold a category B driving license.
