We are seeking for an People IT/Data Business Owner, for one of our most importat clientes.
Your mission will be to oversee and optimise HR data reporting and IT project management within the People Department, under company-wide guidelines, ensuring robust data accuracy, user functionality, and actionable insights that align with strategic HR and operational objectives.
Main Accountabilities
* Ensuring IT processes and systems fully comply with Group requirements in terms of Information Security and System Change Management.
* Enable streamlined access to timely, standardised reports that reduce manual input and align with company-wide HR data metrics.
* Provide actionable insights that support HR strategy by forecasting trends and addressing emerging workforce needs.
* Ensure systems are fully functional, meet HR requirements, and are aligned with strategic
* HR processes, providing a reliable foundation for HR operations.
* Achieve seamless system updates thatmaintain high functionality and improve data management and reporting capabilities.
* Establish a responsive vendor relationship, facilitating timely system improvements and ensuring minimal service disruption.
* Provide effective financial planning that supports department project goals without exceeding budget constraints.
* Empower managers with self-service tools for real-time data, enabling informed decisions with reduced dependency on central HR.
* Maintain compliance with data security standards, ensuring the protection of employee information and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Create a unified data repository that supports accurate analysis and seamless reporting by consolidating data from multiple sources.
* Establish consistent data practices that improve reporting accuracy and ensure data remains a reliable resource across the company.
Main tasks
* Perform IT controls as per the definition of Group Internal Control and document their execution so they are ready for any possible audit from Internal/External Auditors.
* Manage comprehensive HR data reporting and dashboard creation, setting up standardised, automated reports and dashboards, tailored for quarterly and ad-hoc reporting needs across the Group and within individual departments.
* Perform in-depth analysis and identify HR data trends, working with HR data sets, detecting patterns and identifying potential insights to inform workforce decisions, covering metrics across attendance, attrition, recruitment, and safety.
* Act as HR project lead for IT system integrations and upgrades, aligning requirements from HR with IT specifications, coordinating testing, and managing implementation phases to enhance HR digital capabilities, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors.
* Coordinate the testing and rollout of HR system updates, managing end-to-end testing, including user acceptance testing, and coordinating with team members to integrate these updates effectively.
* Liaise with external vendors for HR IT system support and enhancements, working closely with SAP SuccessFactors representatives to handle ongoing upgrades, troubleshooting, and new feature rollouts.
* Lead budget forecasting and financial oversight for HR IT projects, assisting in planning for IT-related HR expenses, ensuring budget estimates are accurate and align with fiscal policies.
* Enable self-service data reporting for managers, setting up dashboards, providing necessary tools, and training to department heads, facilitating easy access to HR metrics relevant to their teams.
* Ensure data security and compliance standards across HR platforms, particularly in managing sensitive employee data across systems, this involves aligning practices with data protection regulations.
* Unify data sources across multiple HR systems, aggregating data from various platforms (training, health & safety, attendance) to deliver coherent and complete HR data.
* Assist in enhancing HR analytical processes and data governance, working closely with IT and other departments, this includes setting up data standards, governance protocols, and quality checks to maintain data integrity

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
Experience
* A minimum of 3 years in a data-related or IT role, with a focus on HR systems, integration projects, or data analytics is required.
* Previous experience in Human Resources Information System - HRIS
* A strong background in data analysis or system management provides the foundational technical knowledge required for this role.
* At least 1 year in a project management setting, with direct involvement in leading aspects of projects, defining requirements, coordinating testing phases, and overseeing successful deployment.
