About the Company
The customer Service and Sales Administrator BE supports the commercial activities for different international markets by managing customer orders, sales administration, forecasting input, contract and tender follow-up, and daily coordination with customers and internal departments. This role combines customer service, sales support, order administration and operational coordination. The position ensures accurate and timely order processing, reliable commercial data in the ERP system, and smooth communication with sales, finance, supply chain, factory and expedition.
Responsibilities
* Check products, quantities, requested delivery dates, prices and commercial conditions before order entry.
* Enter customer orders accurately and on time in the ERP system.
* Monitor open orders and follow up until delivery and invoicing.
* Inform customers and sales colleagues proactively about delays, shortages or order changes.
* Maintain and update prices, contracts, customer information and other commercial data in the system.
* Enter sales forecasts in the system based on input from the sales team.
* Compare forecast figures with actual sales and update forecast orders where needed.
* Check allocation and compare forecast requirements with actual customer orders before processing.
* Enter and maintain intercompany prices in coordination with the Finance department.
* Support contract reviews and prepare offers together with the sales department.
* Prepare, submit and follow up tenders and ensure deadlines are respected.
* Manage customer and commercial documentation in a structured and accurate way.
* Follow up prepayments, invoice issues and proforma invoices with Finance and Sales.
* Maintain, validate and update product availability information together with the Marketing department.
* Maintain customer master data and ensure administrative accuracy.
* Prepare sales reports and analyses, including forecast versus actual sales follow-up.
* Coordinate small courier shipments and urgent customer delivery requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
Required Skills
* Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, order management or commercial support.
* Experience in managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.
* Experience with forecasting processes.
* Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage is a strong asset.
* Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer and business needs.
* Demonstrates integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and high ethical standards.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.
