Responsibilities
1. Conducting thorough and effective candidate searches using various sourcing techniques such as networking, job platforms, and social media
2. Identifying and screening potential candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, and assessing their qualifications and suitability for specific finance roles
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing them with comprehensive candidate shortlists
4. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions in the US finance sector, and providing insights and recommendations to clients and candidates
6. Sourcing and attending industry events, networking sessions, and job fairs to expand your professional network and build relationships with potential candidates
7. Collaborating with the wider recruitment team to share market knowledge, best practices, and strategies to enhance overall recruitment efforts
Requirements
8. Bachelor’s degree
9. Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar recruiting role, with a focus on finance positions
10. In-depth knowledge of the US finance industry, including understanding of key roles, required skills, and industry trends
11. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting finance professionals, including candidates from entry-level to executive positions
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
13. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
14. Proficiency in using recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools and platforms
