You oversee the rollout of various project phases, starting with payroll services and expanding to wider applications. You collaborate closely with a business program manager to ensure alignment and effective communication. You facilitate insights into team performance and identify areas for improvement. You manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. You lead teams across business applications and business platforms for successful software development. You address any challenges that arise during project implementation with effective problem-solving skills. What are we looking for? You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in leading IT projects within software development. You possess technical knowledge in Java and understand the intricacies of software development lifecycle. Ability to steer complex projects with both IT and business stakeholders involved Comfortable coordinating across software development, platform teams and DevOps You are stress-resistant and can deliver under pressure while managing tight deadlines. You have excellent communication skills, enabling smooth interaction with various stakeholders. You demonstrate strong leadership and coordination abilities. Experience in multi-year transformation programmes Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments You are proficient in Dutch and English. What do we offer?
