We are seeking a Category Buyer to manage procurement activities across R&D-related categories. In this role, you will support the organization's strategic objectives by ensuring effective sourcing, supplier performance, and regulatory compliance.
* Manage sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories.
* Coordinate and support public tender processes in accordance with applicable procurement regulations.
* Drive supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, service, and supply reliability.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers to support business and operational needs.
* Monitor category performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk reduction, and value creation.
What we expect from you:
* Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within a technical or industrial environment.
* Knowledge of public procurement procedures and tender management processes.
* Negotiation, stakeholders management and communication skills, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
