Responsibilities
During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience and support both Recruitment and Business Development activities, contributing directly to ISG's international growth.
* Creating and managing job postings across various roles.
* Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive search strategies.
* Conducting initial interviews and supporting consultants throughout the full recruitment process.
* Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking systems to ensure data accuracy.
* Identifying potential new clients, partners, and business opportunities.
* Assisting with outreach and marketing activities to support the expansion of ISG's international client base.
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Contributing to international growth initiatives and helping strengthen ISG's global network.

What You Bring
* A strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and Business Development.
* Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or German are a strong plus).
