* Pre-RFQ & RFQ activities related coordination & planning
* Regular Purchasing Activities coordination
• Purchasing Function Overall KPI visualization
• Business Excellence
* Regional Standardization
* Process Flow creation
• Profit Plan & Annual Price Review Coordination
* Raw Material Market index update
* Coordination of data & report
* Plan & Actual Monitoring
* SAP based data analysis
• Internal Audit: Process flow & procedure maturity & conformity
• External Audit: J-Sox, IATF, EFQM etc
• Supplier Relation management
-Survey Management
• Planning and execution of events (Purchasing Summit, Annual Suppliers Meeting etc.)
• Authorization matrix management
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced SAP skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
