Job Description
Goal of this document is to provide an overview of the technical as well as personal requirements for a Workplace Analyst profile within the Tessenderlo Group Global Digital Workplace Team.
To help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding Connected Workplace environment, we are looking for a Workplace Analyst. Together with a talented team of engineers, developers, architects and project managers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering a state-of-the art digital workplace and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security, you:
1. Create functional and technical Microsoft Office 365 solutions based on the Business Requirements after doing an in-depth analysis.
2. Develop Microsoft Office 365 (Teams / SharePoint / Power Automate / Power App) solutions.
3. Write documentation, key-user training material, and procedures for your colleagues at service desk and in the different entities.
4. Provide 3rd level application support for our internal client base.
5. Report on application deployment progress and baseline compliance.
6. Incident, request and problem management.
7. Actively contribute to continuously improve operational processes.
8. You report to the Digital Workplace Teamlead.
9. Work in an international context.
10. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
