About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you spearhead project delivery with a focus on engineering activities. Collaborate with engineering teams to establish goal-oriented processes and oversee the technical aspects of project management. You are responsible for leading and building teams to achieve timely and budget-conscious delivery, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and embracing continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engineering projects on time and within budget.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects integrating hardware, software, and system components.
* Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration among systems engineers, developers, and test engineers.
* Identify and mitigate technical risks while managing project schedules and deliverables.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including resources, subcontractors, and international partners to achieve milestones.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying V-model methodologies.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strategic vision and the following qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and systems engineering within high‑tech, aerospace, or defence industries.
* Strong expertise in systems engineering, product development, and integration/testing.
* Excellent project management skills with proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
* Enthusiastic communicator with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Fluent in French and English.
