About The Role:
15–20 hrs/week | Remote | Start: April 1, 2026
We are looking for a freelance specialist to support local partnerships, content quality, and operational workflows for our eCommerce activities in the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support partnership and publisher placements (affiliate collaborations, editorials, product highlights)
2. Coordinate timelines, assets, partner communication, and go‑live checks
3. Handle creator seeding (orders, shipment tracking, confirmations)
4. Support promo code rollouts, admin workflows, and invoice/contract follow-up
5. Review and refine Dutch/Flemish content; ensure accurate and customer‑friendly messaging
6. Run quick pre-launch quality checks and support translation/adaptation requests
7. Provide light market insights for NL/BE
What You Bring:
8. Experience in affiliate/publisher partnerships or campaign operations
9. Excellent Dutch writing and proofreading skills (Flemish a strong plus)
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
11. Ability to work with multiple internal teams and external partners
12. eCommerce experience required; fashion/beauty a plus
13. Experience with localization tools (e.g., Smartling) is beneficial
