Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekend shifts)

What You'll Do
* Handle inbound sales inquiries from German-speaking clients
* Convert warm leads into sales through consultative approach
* Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
* Maintain high-quality customer interaction and sales performance
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Requirements
* German (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
* Minimum 1 year of client-facing / calling-based sales experience
* Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
* Results-driven mindset with ability to work towards targets
Compensation
* Monthly: €1,760 gross + uncapped quarterly bonus
* Annual: €24,640 – €32,000+ gross (14 salaries + uncapped bonus potential)
