Context Within the Selling domain, you are responsible for developing applications that capture customer sales and orders on top of the Siebel CRM platform.As a Functional Analyst, you translate Business and IT needs into clear functional specifications, ensuring robust solution design and effective project delivery. Responsibilities Take the lead in functional analysis for projects and enhancements. Acquire a thorough understanding of business requirements and processes to translate them into robust solution designs. Seek creative and simple solutions, providing clear, structured documentation for users, development teams, and testers. Make project estimates and identify impacts on IT infrastructure. Ensure follow-up and timely delivery of assigned projects. Lead a sub-team to guarantee correct and timely delivery. Explain solutions to the development team and guide them throughout the development cycle. Report project status to the project team and identify potential risks. Provide support to the operations team in case of major incidents. Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in IT) or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in analysis within a complex IT environment. Knowledge of UML, DevOps, Agile development (Scrum), continuous integration, automated testing/build, Microservices, SOA, REST, SOAP, and RDBMS. Functional knowledge of domain and data model standards such as eTOM or SID is an asset. Analytical and assertive mindset. Optimistic, solution-oriented, creative, and open-minded.
