Context
Are you an experienced software analyst with a passion for our billing platform COB? If so, join our team and lead the analysis of challenging changes to our billing system. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in a complex IT environment. As a functional analyst, you translate the needs of Business and IT into clear functional and technical specifications. You also guide developers and are responsible for system testing.
Responsibilities
* You acquire a thorough understanding of business requirements and processes to translate them into robust solution designs

* You document clearly and in a structured way for development teams and testers
* You can explain solutions to the development team and guide them throughout the development cycle
Your profile
* Bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in IT) or equivalent experience
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in analysis within a complex IT environment
* Thorough functional knowledge of the COB billing platform
* As part of our T-shaping initiative, you will also perform system tests as a COB analyst and occasionally program in Cobol and Java
* Knowledge of Agile development (Scrum), continuous integration, and automated testing
* Good knowledge of Target Process

* Good command of English (spoken and written) is required; French and/or Dutch is an advantage
