You will be leading the Q2P Tribe, responsible for all transformations in the broad area of selling, ordering & provisioning and with a direct contribution to all sales goals, sales experiences and in all sales channels for professional, residential and wholesale customers. This encompasses the
* Selling applications (salto, legacy sales applications, Salesforce, Cloudsense).
* Ordering platforms (PEGA/MCOM).
* Provisioning systems (NPS, PNI, OMS,…).
* Product configuration activities and mastering the various product databases for selling, ordering, billing.
* All engineering activities in that domain and accountable for the platform operations.
Role Overview:
As the Q2P Tribe Lead, you will focuse on value creation, growth, and smooth customer experiences. You will develop the right strategies and tactics to deliver desired business outcomes and to determine what work needs to get done, how much to invest in which efforts, and how to /8prioritize opportunities.
Within the scope of your squads, you will play an important role in aligning on how to reach the tribe's objectives and manage dependencies. As a Tribe Lead, you collaborate with chapter leaders to match the right people to the right squads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Focus on value creation, growth and serving customers

o Accountable for achieving the tribe goals and managing allocated budget.
* Balance short-, medium- and long-term focus.
* Maintain and prioritize the tribe backlog.
* Define vision, roadmap and OKR's
*
o Accountable for the tribe vision and roadmap and rallies everyone behind it.
* Engage the tribe in translating the vision into ambitious and actionable OKRs.
* Prepare a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) for tribe, and translate into quarterly goals.
* Align with other tribe leads to negotiate trade-off's and identify cross-tribe dependencies.
* Create empowered teams

o Collaborate with chapter (area) leads to optimize tribe composition and resourcing based on QBR input.
* Facilitate effective collaboration within this tribe and across tribes.
* Empower and guide the product owners to provide day-to-day guidance on objectives, priorities, and tasks.
Your profile
If you have:
* a proven track record with 8 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role – including 5 years of experience in an IT environment.
* a solid IT – telco – software development lifecycle knowledge.
* strong communication and negotiation skills combined with an analytical and problem solving mindset.
* servant leadership qualities and able to create enthusiasm and creativity with people.
* at the same time, keep a close connection with the business evolution needs.
* … and solid experience working on projects that cover several organizations, segments, and feel comfortable in working in an Agile environment.
